About the Instructor:
A disciple of Singha Rinpoche since 2005, Keith Cheung was one of the assistant teachers in the Basic Buddhism Class offered by Thekchen Choling in 2009. He was invited by Thekchen Choling Youth Group to coach them in the performance area of singing, dancing and acting in 2012. Since 2014, he has started teaching the Basic Buddhism course yearly in both English and Chinese.
Keith is also a volunteer translator (English / Chinese) during Singha Rinpoche’s teachings. He is also the instructor guiding the temple’s Meditation group practice since 2016.

BASIC HATHA YOGA 2016
In this beginner Hatha yoga class, you will learn to tone up your bodies through basics asanas to improve flexibility and practice various breathing techniques which benefit both the mind and body.

Ms Carol Teo attained her Diploma in Yoga Education from Yoga University, Yoga Vidya Gurukul recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. She is certified to conduct Yoga course for beginners according to course modules designed by the Yoga University. Her deep passion for Yoga has inspired her to practice actively for 3 years and she has started teaching since July, offering courses to both office environments and studio based training.
